Coconut water can be found in the freezer section in Asian shops or in tins .The tinned variety is usually from the Phillipines.This is clear liquid that is very sweet , coconut milk cannot be substituted. |

Pasta salad with green beans,feta and bacon
350 g penne ,cooked and drained
200 g bacon or pancetta,shallow fried until crispy, roughly chopped
180 g dwarf beans,trimmed and halved
200 g feta cheese,crumbled
8 sundried tomatoes in oil,chopped
1 chilli, finely chopped
4 tbsps italian parsley , chopped
4 tbsps olive oil
2 tbsps red wine vinegar
1.Cook the beans in salted water for 2 minutes,drain.
2.Mix all the remaining ingreients together ,add the beans.
3.Season well with salt and black pepper to taste.
4.Serve immediately.
